SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PACKAGES + TRAINING

We can work with you to research, develop and implement your Social Media strategy. This includes putting the tools, policies and procedures in place to help you manage your activities more effectively. We have many years of experience managing social media networks, creating content and training staff on the use of social media. We are available at a reasonable hourly rate for face to face training in Sydney or via Skype.

If you are looking to outsource the management of your social media, we specialise in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, setup, content creation, planning and management. Below is our pricing for all social media management packages. If you don’t see anything that meets your requirements, please get in touch via our contact page as we will be able to tailor a package specific to your needs.

SETUP PACKAGES

Getting Started Social – $497
The professional setup of one of your social media networks choosing from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Includes a half hour consultation via Skype, development and provision of a basic two-page social media strategy, identification of appropriate usernames, bio and custom designed profile and background images for each network we establish.  Plus the writing of 5 posts to establish or boost your account. We will then hand over your network via a half hour training session via Skype.

Standard Social – $797
The professional setup of two of your social networks choosing from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Includes all of the components of the Getting Started Social package plus the writing and posting of 5 posts to establish or boost your accounts.

Professional Social – $997

The professional setup of three of your social networks choosing from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Includes all of the components of the Standard Social package plus the writing and posting of 10 posts to establish or boost your accounts. We will also set up a social media management monitoring tool, integrate social media icons on your website and feed.

MANAGEMENT PACKAGES

Basic Social Media Management – $695 per month minimum 3 months
Preparing and scheduling social media posts every day on two social media channels of your choice. Includes an initial 60-minute briefing to understand objectives, target market, key messages etc.. A shared content calendar will be established on Google. Posts will be prepared every second day including creating content from provided imagery and adding your branding. If graphics are not supplied these will be sourced through Canva at a cost of $1 per image. Posting to selected channels every day using a scheduling tool. Report and strategy review will be provided every three months.

Note: This does not include monitoring and commenting on your channels. If you need this service, upgrade to the Complete Social Media Management Plan. If you don’t use any specific social media scheduling tool, this will be an additional cost of $20 per month.

Complete Social Media Management – $1100 per month
Preparing and scheduling social media posts every day on two social media channels of your choice. Includes an initial 60-minute briefing to understand objectives, target market, key messages etc.. A shared content calendar will be established on Google. Posts will be prepared every second day including creating content from provided imagery and adding your branding. Includes 1 quality blog post, an attention-grabbing headline and post optimised for specific keywords.

Blogger Standard Package – $850 per month
Includes 1/2 hour Skype meeting, idea generation, 4 x blog posts per month (600 x 800 words), editorial content plan, custom images for posts, an attention-grabbing headline and post optimised for specific keywords.

Blogger Pro Package – $1,500 per month
Includes 1 hour Skype meeting, idea generation, 8 x blog posts per month (600 x 800 words), editorial content plan, custom images for posts, an attention-grabbing headline, post optimised for specific keywords and the sharing of your content daily via social media channels.

WEBSITE SOLUTIONS

One of our core strengths is installing and managing WordPress sites. From as little as $850 we can put together something straightforward and simple that will provide you with a starting point for your project.

Time will be spent searching for the ideal WordPress theme for your business and we will install and configure the theme to your specifications.

We will work closely with you on implementing your design ideas and then translate these into the ideal WordPress theme.

We also offer ongoing support and maintenance of your site as well as hosting if you need it.

Basic Starter Package – $850
A template-based website with a quick turnaround. Perfect for small businesses on a budget. Includes a kickoff strategy session, theme selection and installation, fonts and colours customised to match your branding, population of site content (up to 5 pages), responsive design, contact form, newsletter opt-in form, social media sharing and integration, one-on-one training and blog setup including categories.

Essential Website Package – $2,000
A template-based website with a quick turnaround. Perfect for small businesses on a small budget but need extra features and more customisation. Includes all components of the Basic Starter Package plus an audit of your existing site, google analytics integration, SEO preparation, basic online payment setup, detailed forms or page and 2 weeks of post-launch support.

Professional Website Package – $3,000
A custom website with your business in mind. Perfect for established brands looking to level-up. Includes all components of the Essential Website Package plus a website user guide, 4 weeks of post-launch support and the ability to include a portfolio, testimonials, an event calendar and can support multiple languages.

Note: The costs above do not include the purchase of a domain name, hosting or theme costs. If you need these services we will be able to provide them at an additional setup cost.

HOSTING SOLUTIONS

Here at The Content Hub, we provide premium hosting solutions that include making sure that your site is up to date with its themes and plugins as well as performing all backups and maintenance. From $29 per month we can offer you the following:

  • Hosting on a dedicated server
  • WordPress updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Small issue resolution
  • SSL certificate
  • Daily backups

DESIGN SOLUTIONS

Standard Logo Design Package – $499
Includes: Initial client questionnaire, private Pinterest mood board, three initial design concepts, two adjustments to chosen concept, 1 final design supplied in high-quality formats for print and web.

Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Small Biz Starter Design Package – $899
Includes: Initial client questionnaire, private Pinterest mood board, all features included in the Logo Design Package, double sided business card design, Facebook branding (cover photo and profile), a complete brand board including fonts, colours, images and patterns.

Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Small Biz Premium Design Package – $1,100
Includes: initial client questionnaire, private Pinterest mood board, all features included in the Logo Design Package, double sided business card design, Facebook branding (cover photo and profile), email signature, business stationery (letterhead, invoice/quote design) Complete brand board (fonts, colour palette, imagery)
